ASEM Desktop, the professional Windows workspace

The application brings together administration, monitoring and work organisation features. Available features depend on the ASEM account and the permissions assigned by ASEM. Distribution and access management take place within the ASEM professional environment.

Users may choose to connect their own Gmail account to read messages and conversations, search, compose, reply, send, save drafts, manage stars and labels, organise, archive and move messages to Trash.

Each user personally grants access in the Google browser flow. Connecting Gmail is not required to use other authorised application features. Optional permanent deletion is separate and requires additional permission and explicit confirmation.

The privacy policy explains the Gmail data accessed, local storage, communications with Google and how to remove an account or revoke access. The terms of use describe the professional context and responsibilities associated with application access.
