Protecting your privacy is a priority. This document explains how we collect, use and protect your information. By using our app, you accept these terms.

We may collect the following types of information:

• Personal information: name, email address, phone number or any other data provided during registration.
• Usage data: features used and reported errors.
• Device information: device type and operating system.

Your information may be used to:

• Provide and improve the app services.
• Send notifications, updates or promotional messages.
• Analyse usage trends to improve the user experience.

We do not sell your data. It may be shared with:

• Legal authorities, where required by law or to protect our rights.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure. We regularly update our safeguards and do not retain sensitive data indefinitely, except for data necessary for your registrations.

You have the right to:

• Delete your account and personal information on request.

When using our app, which is intended for healthcare professionals, we stress the importance of confidentiality and user-account security. We therefore strongly advise against sharing an individual account.

ASEM Client records the platform declared at registration (iOS, Android or unknown), successful sign-ins and estimated foreground usage intervals linked to the account. This supports service administration and improvement; it is separate from anonymous ASEM Insights statistics and available only to authorized administrators. Counting stops when the app leaves the foreground or after three minutes without interaction. This tracking stores no entered content, individual gesture details, permanent hardware identifier or GPS position. Detailed histories are retained for 90 days and then removed by a daily process; the latest sign-in and activity dates remain linked to the account. An encrypted on-device queue supports delayed delivery, limited to 128 intervals; items older than seven days are discarded when processing next resumes. Durations are estimates, especially after interruptions, and do not prove continuous presence. These data are not used for advertising or cross-service third-party tracking. The rights and contact procedures in this document also apply to these data.

Live presence uses temporary signals approximately every 25 seconds. It expires after 75 seconds without renewal, without signing the account out; technical states are removed within a few minutes. Tabs and sessions use temporary random identifiers, not hardware fingerprints. Account-linked states are restricted to authorized administrators; web visitors are not identified. Web collection respects privacy choices, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. A temporary per-tab queue holds up to 50 minimized events to recover interrupted delivery; events older than 24 hours are discarded when processing resumes. No form content or private URL parameters are stored in this queue.

Browsing statistics help us improve our services.

This information is used in aggregate.

It is not used for advertising targeting.

You may object to this measurement at any time.

You agree to use the app responsibly and not to:

• Disrupt the operation of the app.
• Infringe intellectual-property rights.

We require rigorous practices to preserve the integrity and confidentiality of exchanged information. You should not share your login details with third parties, partners, competitors or other external parties. Each user must retain exclusive access to their professional profile, in accordance with security and ownership rules.

We implement strict measures to prevent your personal or professional data, and catalogue information, from being transmitted to unauthorised third parties. Any unauthorised sharing is a breach of these terms.

Any attempt to collect or misuse data available on the platform for commercial, competitive or other purposes is prohibited and may lead to suspension, account termination or legal action.

The transfer or dissemination of information about exclusive features or sensitive catalogue data to third parties outside the app ecosystem is prohibited. Use of the services is reserved for authenticated healthcare professionals.

These rules are intended to maintain a secure, transparent environment that complies with applicable law, including personal-data and intellectual-property requirements. Any activity contrary to these principles may lead to legal sanctions and loss of access to the app.

We reserve the right to modify or suspend all or part of the app without notice.

We are not responsible for:

• Data loss, unauthorised access or interruptions to the app.
• Damage arising from use of the app beyond our control.

We may suspend or delete your account if you fail to comply with these terms.
