Huvitz HS-5000 — lampe à fente
Huvitz
The Huvitz HS-5000 is an anterior segment slit lamp with a Galilean converging binocular microscope. Five magnification positions, filters and slit adjustments support different examination conditions. This variant features tower illumination. Optional HIS-5000 imaging may complement the lamp according to the quotation; camera, computer and table are not listed as standard included equipment.
Five observation magnifications
The Galilean microscope is binocular and converging. With 12.5× eyepieces, the manufacturer table specifies 6.5×, 11×, 16×, 23.2× and 39.3× for the HS-5000 and HS-5500. These effective magnifications differ from rounded labels in the series overview. Interpupillary distance adjusts from 55 to 80 mm.
An identified illumination configuration
Tower illumination: the documented working distance is 80 mm. Incidence uses 0°, 5°, 10°, 15° and 20°. Slit width adjusts from 0 to 14 mm, length from 0.3 to 14 mm and rotation from 0° to 180°. Tower and integrated illumination variants must remain distinguished when choosing the configuration.
Filters and positioning
Documented filters are cobalt-blue, red-free, grey, heat-absorption and yellow. Yellow supports fluorescein observation. The joystick provides 30 mm vertical travel and 100 mm longitudinal and lateral travel. The professional selects optical and mechanical settings according to the examination.
Installation and optional imaging
Power supply is 100–240 V AC, 50/60 Hz. The brochure describes 12 V, 30 W halogen lighting and an LED variant; supplied equipment depends on the quotation. HIS-5000 is optional imaging, and its camera USB interfaces are not attributed to the stand-alone lamp. Stand-alone lamp weight and dimensions are not specified in this manufacturer table.
