Extrait officiel (langue source) : The most common types of non-IgE-mediated food allergy are food protein-induced enterocolitis syndrome (FPIES) and food protein-induced allergic proctocolitis (FPIAP). FPIES presents with delayed refractory emesis, while FPIAP presents with hematochezia in otherwise healthy infants. Acute management of FPIES includes rehydration or ondansetron, or both.
